While Friday's Night of Champions will honor our past, let's not forget about the present as the varsity girls are hosting Colebrook in a pivotal Division IV matchup that pits two of the top teams in the state. The 5-0 Tigers are one of just two unbeaten teams remaining in D-IV and currently rank second in the state, while the Warriors rank third with an impressive 8-1 mark.
This past February, second-seeded Colebrook capitalized on its home court advantage in the NHIAA quarterfinals as the Warriors ended the season of the seventh-seeded Tigers in a hostile environment up in the north country, 84-69. The Tigers will be looking to return the favor on Friday. Tip-off is set for 5:30 p.m., followed by the Night of Champions celebration and then the boys game at 7 p.m.
