The Cardinals have long been friends of Farmington – and not just in athletics. They have sponsored Farmington 500 teams for years as well as men’s league teams. They purchased the scoreboard that sits behind the high school/middle school baseball field. As owners of Cardinal Snax Sales, they sold products to all organizations for little or no profit to maximize benefit for the town’s youth. Kim officiated and coached 500 basketball games for years, and Darlene volunteered for a number of organizations. They have spearheaded countless fundraisers. The list goes on and on. As grandparents, they are now doing it all over again for a new generation.
